How can you make writing on TSHIRTS light up like in cosmic bowling?

So if I were to have a party and when the guests arrive they are given glow in the dark markers or something that would illuminate when the lights are dimmed, what kind of lights would you have to have? Like you know when you go cosmic bowling certain aspects of your outfit lights up? How could I achieve that effect with writing on tshirts?

They’re called blacklights. You can get them pretty much anywhere they sell light bulbs.

Cosmic bowling lanes probably have black lights.
the white parts of your outfit will glow.
try writing in white like paint or something

Black lights. =) I have a ton, theyre so fun haha. I get that at this little magic store. Theyre also on alot of websites.
