I purchased the epson workforce 600. It was delivered this afternoon. I opened the box and it contains everything but the catridges and phone cord. I don’t know how to speak to someone at amazon. com. What is their phone number? The machine looks used. Please don’t order this product from amazon. com. They are not honest.

I worked right out of the box. Runs three computers no problem. A little noisy. Went through a black cartridge faster that my old office jet. Only complaint is the colors are as “brilliant” a I’d hoped.

I’ve had the printer for 4 days now – have spent hours and hours full of stress and frustration trying to get the printer and the laptop to work together and connect so I can print. I’ve read the instructions – I’ve tried every possible thing I can think of. . . Finally I’ve called an IT tech who I will be paying to come to my house tomorrow to see if he can set the thing up as I cannot take another second with this horror of a machine. If I would have known it would be this much of a nightmare I never would have even considered purchasing it!

Oh this is so frustrating! As you can tell by the “Vine program” tag above, I received this printer free of charge. I was really looking forward to it, because a wireless printer is perfect for my home and office. You see, our home is actually directly behind our little company’s main office. We have no computers in the house, but quite a few in the office, all wired into a standard inkjet printer. A wireless printer would allow me to set up a network into the home, so that I could print from a laptop back there. Plus, my daughter wouldn’t have to go up to the office just to print out something from her laptop. Our office uses desktops and cabinets from the Pottery Barn Bedford line, which I think is the most popular desk system Pottery Barn sells.
And lo and behold, this printer won’t fit! One of our pieces is the printer cabinet, and this printer can’t set into it! The reason: the paper loads from the back. I didn’t notice that particular nuance before I ordered it.
Fortunately it’s not a complete waste. We have a small second office at Disney and this has worked out well there. But since it sets just a few inches from the sole computer there, the wireless feature is wasted.

I had to return it twice before even installing it. It was received twice without ink cartridges which were supposed to have been in the box. They are listed on the box both by Epson and by Amazon “What’s in the box”.
The second time the printer arrived damaged apparently due to bad packing by Amazon and rough handling by UPS.
I’m very disappointed in both Epson and Amazon.
